Youth Programs

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is a gathering of Middle School and High School aged youth on the first Sunday of each month from 10:15-11:15. We join together during this time to connect as friends, reflect on the week, grow in our faith, and, of course, enjoy a delicious breakfast.

FIRST Youth Group

FIRST Youth consist of Middle School and High School youth who meet one to two times each month to participate in a variety of activities designed to help them develop friendships, learn how God works in their lives, and serve others. Some activities may include: mission trips, lock-ins, serving a meal to those less fortunate (in the QC), hiking, and much more.

Elementary Sunday School

Sunday School is available on Sundays from 10:15-11:15 for all children preschool-aged through 5th grade. Sunday School classes are divided by age group and each week’s lesson consists of a Bible story and corresponding activities such as games, puzzles, and crafts to help students reflect upon and understand the story and how much God loves everyone.

Vacation Bible School

A week-long Vacation Bible School takes place each summer in either June or July in cooperation with our neighbors at First Presbyterian Church. While the exact theme varies each year, the focus is always on exploring ways that God is active in our lives and ways that we can do His will. Students experience God’s love by hearing a Bible story and participating in craft/science experiments, games, songs and dances, and a snack time.

Christmas Programs

To help our children and youth participate in the excitement of the Christmas season, each year all ages of children Preschool through High School perform a Christmas program. The program varies from year to year and focuses on the true reason for the Christmas season- celebrating the love of God and the birth of Jesus. Some previous themes for Christmas programs include Manger Tales (the Christmas story told from the perspective of the animals in the stable), Not Sold in Stores (the focus of Christmas should not be on the gifts but on the true reason for the season), and Star Trip (a Star Wars themed Christmas story).
