Special Lenten activities are determined each year by the Board of Deacons. These activities may include a series of guest speakers or special gatherings held by the church. These events are open to all.
Adult Sunday School
Sunday School for adults of all ages is not currently being held because of the pandemic. Once restrictions are eased Sunday School will be held on Sundays following the morning worship service in the Pioneer Room. This group meets to reflect and discuss a variety of topics from a faith perspective. The weekly discussions are led by the pastor or lay persons.
Bible studies are held on Wednesdays at 9:30am on Zoom during various seasons of the year. The informal and discussion-oriented sessions focus on biblical books, topics, or themes and how they relate to our lives and the concerns of the world. No familiarity with the Bible is necessary to participate in these sessions. Attending these sessions is a great way to relax, refresh and renew yourself. You are invited to join us for a meaningful time of study and fellowship over snacks and other refreshments. Please contact the church office for more information on upcoming Bible study schedules.
A mixed voice choir sings, praises God, and provides inspiration during Sunday worship services (September through May). New voices are welcome to join!
